How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings tab in the app and tap "Manage Subscription," or go to your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions to manage or cancel directly through Apple.
I was charged but the app still shows the paywall.
Try the "Restore Purchases" link on the paywall screen first. If that doesn't resolve it, email us with the Apple ID you subscribed with and we'll help sort it out.
Does the free trial last 7 days?
Yes. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial before the Monthly or Annual plan starts billing. Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged.
